FDA Registration & U.S. Agent Services - Annual Membership

At Alixa USA, we offer an all-inclusive yearly membership to simplify FDA compliance for food and drug facilities worldwide. Our membership includes:

FDA Registration: Hassle-free registration of your facility with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
U.S. Agent Services: For non-U.S. facilities, we serve as your official U.S. Agent, acting as a direct liaison with the FDA for inspections, regulatory updates, and emergency communications.
Registration Certificate: As part of your membership, we’ll issue an official certificate confirming your FDA registration for your records and customer assurance.
Ongoing Compliance Support: Stay up-to-date with the latest FDA regulations and requirements with our expert guidance.

How to Become a Member of Alixa USA

Follow these simple steps to join our annual membership program and streamline your FDA compliance:

Step 1: Choose Your Membership

Select the membership option that applies to your food facility:

U.S. Facility Membership: $465 per year
Non-U.S. Facility Membership: $980 per year (includes U.S. Agent services)

For drug establishments, membership and registration options are available:

U.S. Drug Establishment: $2,500
Non-U.S. Drug Establishment: $3,000 (includes U.S. Agent services)
1 Drug Listing SPL Preparation and Submission: $995

Step 2: Pay Your Membership Fee

Complete your payment for the chosen membership plan. Once your payment is processed, you will receive:

A payment confirmation email
A digital packet containing:
- The facility registration form
- The membership agreement form

Step 3: Complete the Forms

Fill out and sign both the facility registration form and the membership agreement form. Be sure to include your payment confirmation number/Transaction ID so your packet can be verified and processed.

A DUNS number will required for FDA registration. If your facility does not have a DUNS number, Alixa USA can assist in obtaining a DUNS number for your facility for an additional $65 service charge. This service charge is not included in any of the Alixa USA memberships. Please be aware that when trying to obtain your DUNS number, Alixa USA will require documents from you about your facility, and it that scenario, all requested documents are to be in English.

Step 4: Leave the Rest to Us

Once we process your completed forms, we will:

Assist in obtaining a DUNS number, if applicable
Register your facility with the FDA
Issue your registration certificate

You will receive a notification confirming that your registration is complete.

Membership Renewal/Cancellation

Your membership is valid for one year from the date of payment. As your expiration date approaches, we’ll send you a reminder to renew. Renewing on time ensures uninterrupted FDA compliance, U.S. Agent services (for non-U.S. facilities), and access to your registration certificate.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us directly. Please note:

Membership fees are non-refundable once the registration process has begun or a certificate has been issued.
If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your one-year term.

Please Note: Alixa USA LLC is NOT a certification body. Our services DO NOT constitute FDA certification. Alixa USA LLC serves as a U.S. Agent, assisting with food facility and drug establishment registrations in full compliance with FDA regulations. Alixa USA LLC is not affiliated with the FDA. The FDA does not issue registration certificates.
